Could not fault this resort. We used all of the facilities except the tennis court. This resort was consistently great across all areas. Would return in a flash. We had a club room which was worth every penny. Loved the spa and it's current specials between 0900 and 1300. Loved the Mezzanine Restaurant for the Japanese tepanyaki. Very good breakfast. Loads of pool beds, beachbeds. It was really hard to leave the resort!

We have been upgraded to a Club Room and therefore could enjoy the Club pool which is more private... We had a chocolate cake in our room due to our wedding anniversary... The location is perfect, you can just walk out of the hotel and you have all the little boutiques and restaurants...
On the 1st day we asked if our breakfast was included or if we needed to sign something. They told us, that is was ok and that we did not need to sign... On the 2nd day they came to us saying, that today we have to sign and not to go away from the restaurant before signing... This was bad as they made us feel bad when the mistake came from them... The service is not really good, on several occasion you have to go and pick up the coffee pot from the waiter's station and refill your cup yourself.

Sanur is a great area for relaxing and the Puri Santrian was just that, a nice hotel to relax in. We upgraded to a Club Room the second day in and for the small extra cost it was well worth it, highly recommend the Club Rooms. The hotel staff were very friendly and the staff at the front desk were very helpful.
Room packages could have included breakfast, makes things just that bit easier and as we were staying in the hotel we weren't able to pay cash separately for meals at the hotel, they had to be charged to the room. The layout of the hotel was a bit deceiving in that we originally booked a beach wing room expecting to be much closer if not along side the beach with a view of some sort and we not even close.

The Puri Santrian had a very relaxed feeling to it. It was very quiet both in the daytime and at night although I know there was full occupancy at the hotel so it really felt very relaxing. The staff were excellent and always greeted you with a smile no matter what the query. The location of this hotel is very good as it is on the beachfront but yet in an area of Sanur where there are a variety of restaurants to choose from. We did not eat at the hotel as the prices were expensive for food. It would have been good to have had breakfast included in our package for the amount we spent and we did receive this in other similar hotels in Bali. That is the only improvement I could make to the price of the booking. The pools and spa were excellent.
As above the price of food and breakfast should be included in the nightly rate to keep up with other 4 star hotels in Bali.

The gardens are beautiful and well maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful. We had a family holdiay with my teenage/adult children and they enjoyed the hotel for it's peacefulness and easy access to street shopping compared to Kuta which is busy and at times chaotic. Meals were good both our breakfast and room service. I would recommend this hotel to anyone not wanting to stay in Kuta.

clean beachfront, comfortable lounges, beautiful gardens
The beach isn't natural. It's more of a wooden platform than a relaxing spot, leaving much to be desired!!! The coffee served is disappointingly subpar!!!
